The challenge

The original tool didn’t follow UX best practices—clunky flows, outdated UI, and no clear way to track fulfillment. Users struggled to upload assets and had no single view to see what was approved, missing, or still in progress.

How I approach

I started by chatting with the client to get a feel for the idea, then mapped out a pickup flow that was super simple and easy to follow. Once it all came together, I turned it into a quick prototype so the concept was easy to see—and even easier to tap through.
